5 Hang Squat Snatch @ 75lbs
5 CTB Pull-ups
20 Double Unders 3rds, 3rds+1snatch
--rest 2 minutes--
3 minutes @ 80%:
5 Push Press @ 95lbs
5 Pull-ups
5 KBS @ 53lbs
10 Sit-ups 2rds+5kbs, 2rds+5kbs
--rest 5 minutes--
Repeat 2X (2 times through all amraps)
