Neck stretching - lean head to side & also rotate L/R
Wrist Series x 1
preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side
HS Chest thru drill All complete

A. HS Rebalancing: 2 sets complete
B. Wall HS Foot Tap Drill: 5 sets for quality, goal is balance w/light ass't from foot complete
C. Free Handstand practice: ~15 min, until quality degrades. complete
D. HSPU: 3 reps every 30 sec* for 10 rounds. (or, if you were successful @30 sec, do 20 sec) completed 6rds w/ 30sec rest
E1. BB Hip Thrusts: 3 x 6-8 @22X1; rest 90 sec 185,205,225x8
E2. C2B Pullups: 3 x amrap(-2); rest 90 sec  15,15,12
G. Flow work: 
1) Elevated Scorpion, dropping over to Cossack - 30 reps alt'ng (will send video) as best I could with the sore knee
2) Bridge Hold, lift one arm for 12 sec, then the opposite. Ball up & rock, then neck roll to crouch, then shoulder roll back to lying supine. Complete x 8, alt. directions of rolls each round. complete.  Crouch position was tough with knee
