preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side complete

A. HS Rebalancing: 2 sets complete
B. Wall HS Foot Tap Drill: 2-3 sets for quality, goal is balance w/light ass't from foot complete
C. Free Handstand practice: ~10 min, until quality degrades. complete got one for :45
notes-keep tight body line, don't get loose or use legs to balance.
D. HSPU: 3 reps every 90 sec for 10 rounds. complete (slight deficit; hands on 25lb bumpers and head on abmat)
E. Wtd Ring Dips: 3 x 4-6 @22X1; rest 90 sec all w/ 35lb kb, 6,6,5
F. 4 rounds, steady pace:
60' Lizard Walk (if this is ok on knee, otherwise arms staggered pushups) knee was descent: went for 20 steps
15' No Ft Rope Climb complete

G1. Swinging Ring Support: 3 x 10-15; rest 60 sec 3x10swings
G2. Foot Elevated Ring Rows: 3 x 3-5 @2020, rest 60 sec complete
