preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side complete
A. HS Rebalancing: 2 sets complete
B. HSPU: 1 x amrap - see where you are at 6
C. Wall HS Foot Tap Drill: 2-3 sets for quality, goal is balance w/light ass't from foot complete
D. Free Handstand practice: ~10 min, until quality degrades. complete
notes-keep tight body line, don't get loose or use legs to balance.
E. HSPU: 40% of "B" every 90 sec until you miss twice, note # of rounds made. 6sets of 3
F. Strict MU: 1 EMOM until 2 misses 5 sets complete
