Wrist Series x 2
preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side in between the 1st wrist series & the second. complete

A. HS Rebalancing: 2-4 sets complete
B. Free Handstand practice: ~10-15 min, until quality degrades. Only 5min due to poor planning
notes-keep tight body line, don't get loose or use legs to balance.
C. Ring Series: 3 x, rest 4 min: 1 Slow Strict MU + 7 sec L-Sit + Roll back into Skin-the-Cat Hang + Pull to 3 Ice cream Makers +  40% Flat Tuck Back Lever* + back to hang + 1 Muscle Up. Could not get the last MU on any of the three rounds
*flatten back in BL position, hips even w/shoulder. Have someone cue you at first if possible.
D. Bar Pullovers: accumulate 10 reps, slow tempo if possible skipped due to poor planning
E. Single Arm Bent Over DB Trap 3 Raise: accumulate 20 perfect reps/arm @30X0 with the weight from 6/25. skipped due to poor planning
