B. Snatch Pulls: 2 x 3 @95%; 2 x 3 @100%(of Sn); rest 3 min complete
C. Bridge: 4 holds, low/moderate effort. Practice handstands b/t bridge holds complete
D. Swinging Ring Support: 4 quality sets, rest as needed. (keep rings closer to body than in video)
complete. Hard to get much of a swing. I'm guessing the movement is initiated in the shoulders?
