preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side in between the 1st wrist series & the second. complete

A. HS Rebalancing: 2-4 sets complete
B. Free Handstand practice: ~10-15 min, until quality degrades.
notes-keep tight body line, don't get loose or use legs to balance. Frustrated with these
C. Bar Pullovers: ~5 min practice Did 6
D. "Ice Cream Makers": ~5 min practice was able to link 3 together
E. Ring Series: 4 x, rest 4 min: 1 Slow Strict MU + 7 sec L-Sit + Roll back into Skin-the-Cat Hang + Pull to 60% hold Flat Tuck Front Lever + 40% Flat Tuck Back Lever* + 3 Skin the Cats. complete
*flatten back in BL position, hips even w/shoulder. Have someone cue you at first if possible.
F. Single Arm Bent Over DB Trap 3 Raise: accumulate 15 perfect reps/arm @30X0 with the weight from 6/25.
