preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side in between the 1st wrist series & the second. complete

A. HS Rebalancing: 2-4 sets complete
B. Free Handstand practice: ~10-15 min, until quality degrades.
notes-keep tight body line, don't get loose or use legs to balance. complete
C. Nose to Wall Handstand Hold: 3 x 45-75 sec; rest 90 sec Missed this somehow
notes-wrists as close to wall as flexibility allows; reach toes tall to sky
D. Fwd Roll to Support: ~5 min practice complete, non successfull
E. Ring Series: 2 x, rest 5 min. 2 Strict MUs + 5" L-Sit + Fwd Roll back to Hang + 1-2 MUs (kip ok if needed) + 3 Bulgarian Dips + Lower to Hang + Pull to 60% max hold Tucked Back Lever + 60% max hold Flat Tuck Front Lever + amrap L-Pullups complete, still really like these
F. Single Arm Bent Over DB Trap 3 Raise: accumulate 15 perfect reps/arm @30X0 with the weight from 6/25. Did not complete.  Had no access to weights.
