preform Wall bicep stretch - 2 min/side skipped this

A. HS Rebalancing: 1 set complete
B. Wall HS Foot Tap Drill: 2 sets for quality, goal is balance w/light ass't from foot complete
C. Free Handstand: 15-20 min practice. Record best hold times; noticings.  complete.  Longest was 12sec.  having trouble achieving tension toe to fingers.  seem to be either upper body is loose and lower is stable or the other way around.
D. HSPU: 3 x amrap; rest 3 min (really go for it on the 1st set) 11, 8, 8  Long way to go, but pretty good progress so far

death stretch 2min/ side.  tough on the bad knee, but front of the hip needed it.
