2/11:

2 rds of A:
A1. Shoulder Series w/band x 1, no rest  tough to keep these going with no rest b/t
A2. Scap Series x 1; 60 sec rest  same as above
B. Tricep/Lat Plank Stretch w/25lb bar - 60 sec x 2  Hurts soo good.  mostly in the abs.
C. Wrist series x 2
warm up some handstand holds
D. HSPU - carefully test some partial ROM, also play w/hand spacing. No pain.  started with very short ROM, and ended with 1 at full ROM.  Very encouraged by this.  I've included video.  Was not able to get full ROM on toes-to-wall, but was getting pretty fatigued.
E. 45 deg. Incline DB Curl: work up to a 6RM @ 40X0  :-)  45lb dumbbells.  I think I've got 55lbs in me.  Takes me back to the days in front of the mirror.
F. Narrow Grip (6" b/t hands) DH Pronated Pullup: 3 x amrap(-1) @ 3111, rest 150 sec  6,6,6
