A. Deadlift: 5 x 6,1,6,1,12 @ 31X1; rest 4 min 425, 475, 435, 485, didn't see the 12. I think I was too focused on the opportunity to go heavy. (went too heavy here. paying for it today (Sunday). lower back is very sore)

20-30 min relaxed walk, either following workout or later in pm. took Oliver to Mt. Ashland for a half day of skiing. First day, and very mellow. Still may not have been what you had in mind, but needed to spend some time with the boy.
Energy was very good this morning, but squandered by overdoing it on the DL's.
