A. Squat Clean Thrusters: 1 rep EMOM, add 10 lbs every minute until failure. Start at 115 lbs. 215
B. Squat Clean Thrusters: 5 x 5; rest 60 sec (try with ~80% of today's best) 175 for all
C. Hang power Snatch: 9 x 2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4; rest 1 min - add/subtract as needed. 155 for all
Fighting a sore throat for the last couple of days.
