Mon 3/5

A. Power Snatch: 4 x 3,2,1,3  rest 4 min (last set of 3 higher than 1st)  165x3, 175x3, 190f, 190f, 187f, 185f, 170x1  Bit of a disaster here.  don't believe I warmed up well enough, and form went to hell.  Very frustrating.  
B. Back Squat: 5 sets - 307x6; 327x4; 353x2; 327x4; 307x6 @21X1, rest 5 min  as rx'd for all sets.
C. Cyclist Back Squats: 3 x 10 @ 2110, rest 90 sec  didn't read this closely enough:  did 3x8 w/ 210lbs, 90sec rest
notes-heels 9" apart; elevated on 2x4.  
Very good energy this morning, but seemed to be lacking on the explosiveness.  The squat felt really good.
