Monday 3/12

@Globo:
Calf Raise Stretch: 5 x 15 sec holds w/legs locked; rest 5 sec b/t reps and add weight ea. rep.

Seated Calf Raise Stretch: 5 x 15 sec holds; rest 5 sec b/t reps and add weight ea. rep.  135-285

A. Back Squat: 5 sets - 320x5; 340x3; 367x1; 340x3; 320x5 @21X1, rest 5 min  320x5,340x3,367x1,350x2,320x4.  Bit of a messed up set here.  Bar was 37lbs, mis-loaded the second set of 3reps.  Felt weak.  depth on single was questionable.
B. Cyclist Back Squats: 3 x 10,8,6 @ 2110, rest 90 sec  217,217,222.  Redeemed myself here a little.  Depth is feeling really good on these, and the weights we a good struggle on the last rep of each.
C. Pistols: 30/30 for time, switch legs ea/ rep8min.  Had to do all of these by holding onto the toe of the extended leg.  Left is much weaker than the right. Had to rest  before each rep on the left.
D. Shinbox Switches: 20  Complete
I'll be down here through Saturday.  I think part of my issue was being so distracted with all the mirrors.
