Bridge leans, Handstand chest thru stretch  complete

4 rounds @Z1 pace:
15 BFK Pullups  unbroken
4/4 Rotations thru Low Bridge  2 low, 2 high.  remained in squat throughout
2 min Handstand Walking practice  longest was 25' 

3/3 TGU+Side Bridge  w/ 1pd

On the last round or two, try instead to do rotations thru high bridge.
