20 min CF Skills practice - kipping HSPU, wall walks/runs, pistols, OH Pistols, MU efficiency, BKF, etc. Low volume/intensity.

AD 10 min @Z1

10 min Mobility work: int. rotation, DB Flye, Ginga Lunges, etc.
Did this on Tuesday 8/29 outside the gym with some modifications
Ran twice for 10min at Z1, no AD.
Did 5x5/leg pistols, and HSPU practice. Also did a few fat bar MU attempts, and some BK's.
Mobility after.
