Tue 11/13:
I'd get a good sweat going with a 10+ min airdyne, plus get a little lactate in the system with a couple of 20 sec sprints somewhere in there. Also, stretch you hip flexors real good ahead of time.

Well, poor planning on my part. I had planned for the burpees to be the difficult portion. It turned out to be the squat clean thrusters. Had I prepared better for the squat clean thruster portion I feel that my overall performance would have been much better. Learned a lot, and building the confidence back up. Feels good.
