Fri 11/30:
A. 20 min practice CF skills - HS Walk, L-Sit, T2B, few HSPUs, etc-low vol.
B. C2B Pullups: 20 sets of 5 unbroken for time. 10:30
C. Unloaded High Handle Prowler Push: push slowly for 10 min non-stop - should get heart rate to 150-160bpm
only did 5min because the front pad on the sled wore through the weld.
