A1. HSPU: 5 x 3, rest 90 sec complete and unbroken. My kip is making very good progress
A2. Back Squat: 5 x 3, rest 90 sec (mod. load, keep bar speed fast) HBBS, 285 for all. warmed up with 265 which felt light, but 285 felt pretty heavy so I stayed there.
B1. Ring Dips: 3 x amrap(-1) @20X0, rest 2 min all kipped: 20, 23, 22
B2. DB Walking Lunges: 3 x 12 steps @2010 (alt), rest 20 sec complete with 55lb/hand
B3. Wallballs: 3 x 30 unbroken, rest 2 min all unbroken with 25lb med ball
