Didn't read A correctly until right before last set. That's why I did 6reps instead of the rx'd 5. Fighting a cold that is lingering just under the surface. Did the Stoss therapy last Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I've included video's of the last set of A, and the last set of B.
