10 Air Squats     6rds + 10 RH's:  RH's done with 20lb ankle weights/ leg.

Airdyne 3 min @Z1

For 5 min @80% pace maximum:
5 Burpees
3 Extended Inchworms (also compress as much as possible - 6 mini steps at end range)

Airdyne 3 min @Z1

For 5 min @80% pace maximum:
10 V-Ups
5/5 Shinbox Switches     4rds + 9 Vup's


Shoulder Band sequence x 1-2  2 rounds
Pushed past 80% on last two couplets.  Everything was unbroken until I got to the V-up's;  had to break those up after the first set.
