Did this at 3:30pm after long flight from Dallas through SF.
A. RDL: 3 x 6-8 @ 4211; rest 2 min (use straps, keep scaps retracted and chest up)

B1. BB Bent Rows: 3 x 6-8 @ 30X2, rest 2 min
95x8, 135x8, 145x8
B2. DB Walking Lunges (heavy): 3 x 12 steps @ 2010, rest 2 min
32kg each hand
C. Russian KB Swings: 3 x 15; rest 2 min (heavy)
100lb kb
Had fasted all day while traveling. First meal was at 2:30. Started wod at 3:30. Not much warm-up, took all rx'd rest, scap retraction was tough to maintain on RDL's, wiped out after kb swings, but felt good 5min later.
