A. Power Clean clusters: 4 x 1.1.1.1.1 @225lbs; rest 20 sec b/t reps and 
4 min after on Airdyne @Z1 Complete with no misses
B. Paused Snatch Deadlift: 5 x 3, pause 3 sec each@below knee, mid-thigh, & high hang position. Rest 2 min 1x135, 4x155
C. DB Back Extensions: 3 x 4-6 @2011; rest 90 sec 1x6 w/ 20lbs, 2x5 w/ 25lbs
D. Prone Incline DB Trap 3 Raise: 2 x 6-8 @2012, rest 90 sec Complete 2x8 w/ 20lbs per hand
