A1. Press (from rack): 5 x 5,1,5,1,8-10; rest 2 min 135, 165, 145, 170!! (big improvement here. Very excited to see this go up. I've had a goal of 185 since getting 181 at the 2009 regionals)

B. Strict C2B Pullups: 5 reps, rest 30 sec until you can't get 4 unbroken. 6 sets complete
C. BB Front Rack Walking Lunges: 2 x 20 steps; rest 90 sec One set complete at 165. I did the first set unbroken with a turnaround after 10 steps and collapsed. Couldn't get my sh*t together within 90sec, so I called it good.
