A. Paused Snatch Grip DL + High Hang Squat Snatch: 3-4 light sets, RAN 135, 145, 155
B. Snatch: build to a heavy single, not 1RM unless feeling it 206 (1lb pr) felt like I could have done more but stopped anyway.  Built over 4 sets, 1 miss, then pr.  XX's input has been helpful.
B. Fwd Roll to Support: ~5 min practice 6 attempts but none complete
C. Ring Series: 1 x only. 2 Strict MUs + 5" L-Sit + Fwd Roll back to Hang + 1-2 MUs (kip ok if needed) + 3 Bulgarian Dips + Lower to Hang + Pull to max hold Tucked Back Lever + max hold Flat Tuck Front Lever + amrap L-Pullups Complete with kips in the middle mu's
D. Single Arm Bent Over DB Trap 3 Raise: build to a 8RM/arm @30X0 27 R&L
