A. High Hang Squat Snatch: 7 x 2,2,2,2,1,1,1; rest 2 min - speed focus 135,145,155,160,165,170,175
B. Ring Series: 3 x - rest 5 min b/t series. 2 Strict MU + 5" L-Sit + Press Shoulderstand + into Negative Inverted Muscle Up (Elevator) + Pull to 5 sec Tucked Back Lever + 5 sec Flat Tuck Front Lever + 1 L-Pullup complete.  Really like the ring stuff.
C. Prone Incline DB Trap 3 Raise: 2 x 6-8 @2012, rest 60 sec 1x8 w/15lbs/hand, and 1x6 w/17lbs/hand
