Ext Rotated Lat Stretch w/band - 2 min/side  tough to hold on for 2min.  Felt good afterward

Shoulder stretch complex x 2 min (from video)
Active PVC Raise:  x 10 + 10 sec hold
Down Dog Shoulder Stretch:  x 30 sec; rest as needed
notes-don't worry a/b legs; let chest sink thru arms opening shoulders

Cooldown:

5/5 Shinbox switches into
10 relaxed spinal rocks
roll over into 30-60" Child Pose, relaxing the shoulders:  2 w/arms extended out font, 1 w/arms at sides
