C. Lateral Pushups: 2 sets easy, report in a/b any discomfort if any. no discomfort just lack of coordination
notes-keep scaps retracted/depressed thru whole mvt.; rear arm takes most of load.
D. Stomach to Wall Handstand Hold: 20 sec on/10 sec off x 4 complete. feeling solid in the handstand. last set was still tough
