B. Deadlift: 2 x 6-8; 1 x 10-12 @ 31X1; rest 4 min: 365x8, 410x5, 325x12
C. GH Raise: 4 x 15 @ 2010; rest 60 sec: 4x15 w/ red band assist (much stronger than last time)
D. High Bar Back Squat, heels elevated: 3 x 8,8,6 @ 30X0; rest 90 sec: 155, 185, 245x5

Hip flexor focus in stretching cooldown. 2min/side death stretch, 2min/side calf stretch
