B. Front Squat 1 1/4s: 2 x 3 @ 3311; rest 2 min 185 (didn't notice rx'd tempo), 185 (with tempo)
notes-all the way down, up to a little above parallel, back down, all the way up = 1rep. Don't let hips rise 1st!
C1. GHD Situps: 2 x 20 @ 2020, rest 60 sec unbrkn
C2. Bent Over Trap 3 Raise (single arm): 2 x 6-8 @ 2012, rest 30 sec b/t arms and 60 sec after 15lb/hand x8reps each
D. Hip Internal Rotation Series x 2 (10 reps/10 sec holds) some interesting sensations going on down there. tighter on R side.
