For 15 min, constant movement @Z1(one rep of each in order, then start over):
Squat to T-Pushup L/R; stand
Cossack Squat to Shinbox to Pigeon L; to lunge and stand
Cossack Squat to Shinbox to Pigeon R; to lunge and stand
Squat to Lateral Pushup L/R; stand
Squat to DownDog, shoot to Cobra; stand  
this whole sequence felt good

5 Rounds:
30 sec Lat/Tri Bar Plank stretch
20 sec/side Elevated Bench pigeon  last 2 sets of pigeons felt like I could relax
+
20 Long Cossack Switches  did a total of 20/side unbroken
+
Walk/cooldown
