Mon 4/2:

A. Back Squat: 5 sets - 333x5; 354x3; 382x1; 354x3; 333x5 @21X1, rest 5 min  333,354,382,354,333
B. Cyclist Back Squats: 3 x 6,4,4 @ 30X0, rest 90 sec  225,245,265
C. VMO Pistols: 3 x 4-6 @ 31X2, rest 60 sec b/t legs 6 each leg for all sets
D. Shinbox Switches, extend to Pigeon: 4 x 3/3 slowly, hold ea. 8 sec.
I did shinbox switch (sbs) L extend to pigeon and hold for 8sec, sbs R extend to pigeon and hold for 8sec, etc... for 3reps total on each side, then rested :90sec and repeated that for 4sets.  Is that what you wanted?
