Squat to T-Pushup L/R; stand
Cossack Squat to Shinbox to Pigeon L; to lunge and stand
Cossack Squat to Shinbox to Pigeon R; to lunge and stand
Squat to Lateral Pushup L/R; stand
Squat to DownDog, shoot to Cobra; stand complete. good sweat.
