C. Pistols: 5 x 5/leg, rest 30 sec b/t legs complete
D. 20/20 Shinbox Switches, holding light KB goblet squat style complete
disaster of a day. Nothing felt good. everything was heavy. haven't had a day like this in a long time.
excuses: lots of construction work over the weekend building a chicken coop, swollen and smashed left thumb, poor sleep Saturday. The video's are UGLY! I'll post later. I had an incredibly productive weekend, though.
