Mobility Seq A&B.

A. Clean & Jerk: 5 x 1; rest 4 min  185, 195, 205, 210 
Jerk was the limiting factor.  Having trouble commiting myself under the bar.  The shoulder soreness is messing with my confidence
B1. Diagonal BB Lunges: 3 x 8-10/leg @2111; rest 60 sec b/t legs  3x10 all with 75lb bb
notes-step out at 45 degrees
B2. Bulgarian Low Ring Pushups: 3 x amrap(-3) @3111; rest 60 sec  6, 6, 5  a bit awkward
notes-elbows out at 90 deg, hands directly under elbows. Turn rings out 45 deg. at lockout.
C1. Tucked Front Lever Pullups: 2 x 3-5 @30X1, rest 30 sec  2x5
C2. Body Row to Bar: 2 x 8-10 @30X0, rest 30 sec  2x10 too easy.  I'll adjust next time.
notes-undergrip, adjust height to fit rep range. Ensure shoulders down & back when bar touches chest!
C3. Band Pull-Aparts: 2 x 15 @2220, rest 3 min  pretty light band.  some soreness unless scaps are retracted really well
notes-keep scaps strictly down thru movement.

Mob. Seq "C" in cooldown  did not get this done
