A. Power Snatch: build to a heavy single, take plenty of time  180
B. Front Squat: 4 x 2; rest 105 sec- ~80%, think speed  230x4
C. 4 rounds, rest as needed:
No Ft Rope Climb "Cirques" x 1
Crocodile Pushups x ~25m  Complete (20 crocodile push-up's per round)

D. QDR Hold: 3 x 25 sec/side; rest/break as needed  complete
E. Half Press in Rings: 4 x 8 sec, rest as needed  complete
