100 Single skips (jump rope-change patterns every 25 reps*)
5/5 Long Cossack Squats
5 Dive Bomber Pushups for max ROM
10m Crabwalk out & back (hips as high as possible, go fwd out, bkwd back)
3 Deck Pistols/leg 
6 sec/side QDR Hold  Made it through 2 full rounds, and the crab walks on the third.

*regular, slalom hopping, hip twisting, high knees
