Neck Roll to Deck Squat to Lateral Pushups to Neck Roll  complete.  Much smoother than last time

10 Strict Scap Pushups @3131  complete.  tougher at his tempo in later rounds than expected
20 sec Toes Assisted Support Position  complete with to toe assist.  Vid of a couple coming.
notes-top of bar dip, hold scaps tightly back and down; chest up. The focus is on building strength in this position with scaps held back.
