12 min Flow*:
Deck Squat to Lateral Pushup L/R - (no standing, just roll into squat, then L-R =1)
Rotations thru High Bridge
Table Press (hold scaps back & down)
Neck Roll to Deck Squat to Lateral Pushups to Neck Roll This all started out as quite a cluster f*ck, but improved over the 12min. Lateral push-up's felt hard, rotations through high bridge were not happening in the beginning. In the end I was able to move through high bridges 2/side and look like I might know what I was doing.
