B2. Bulgarian Low Ring Pushups: 4 x amrap(-1) @3111; rest 60 sec
notes-keep chin tucked and don't allow neck to reach.  6,7,7,7
B3. Strict Feet Elevated Ring Rows: 4 x 6-8 @50X0, rest 60 sec  8,8,7,6
notes-make challenging @Rx'ed rep range, contact ribs w/rings, scaps back
