Mon 3/4:
Mob. Seq A&B Once again did not get these done.
A. Snatch: build to a moderately heavy single, then 5 x 1 @80% of that; rest 90 sec up to 175, then 5 x 140
B. Front Squat: 3 x 3 @20X1, rest 2 min (increase some from last week) 225, 240, 245
C. Practice Support to Fwd Roll on chest high rings, then Support Press to Shoulderstand, catching straps w/feet (maybe 12-15 min total) The forward roll was more of a forward fall and catch. I could not get the support press to shoulderstand. I've practiced a few this morning on the paralettes, but could not get it on the rings.
D1. No Ft Rope Climb: 2 x 1.1; rest 20 sec/90 sec complete
D2. QDR Hold: 2 x 15 sec/side; rest 20 sec b/t sides/90 sec after did these, but could not get :15sec, got up to :12. The first couple were around :05sec.
notes-start w/head on floor; knees tucked and up.
