6 rounds skill work, move @steady pace:
5 Wall Walks
30 sec Bar Support Hold (chest up, scaps back, chin tucked in)
10 Strict Scap Pushups @3131
50m Crosswalk (hvy DB/KB low hand, mod. wt. KB/DB overhead in opposite. 25m out, switch, 25m back)
3/3 Squat to QDR - 4 sec hold each QDR
Neck Roll to Deck Squat to Rotation thru High Bridge L/R to Neck Roll x 2
All complete.  Faster on this than the 5 rds last week.
I did some extra rotations thru high bridge on the first 4 rounds before I read it accurately.
