A. Power Snatch @160lbs: 5 x 1; rest 90 sec Complete
B. Front Squat: 4 x 3,2,1,6-8; rest 3 min 225, 255, 285, 235x6
C. Press to Shoulderstand in Rings: 10-12 min practice
notes-straddle legs to catch straps if successful. Start as with half press, then bend elbows into gut. Stay tucked tightly during press. Still no luck getting all the way up. I've got a screw loose somewhere.
D. 4 rounds, rest as needed:
No Ft Rope Climb "Cirques" x 1
Crocodile Pushups x ~25m Complete
E. QDR Hold: 4 x 10 sec/side; rest/break as needed
notes-try for hold with head off of the ground now to increase difficulty
Complete. Some toe and head taps on a few of the holds.
