odd mins- 2 Bar MUs (speed/tech focus)
even mins- 1 Rotation Thru High Bridge, hold and press shoulders over hands 6 sec
(alt. direction each round) Complete and noticeably smoother than last week

B. Alt. EMOM for 16 min:
odd mins- 3 OH Squat Stretches* @2411; 45lb bar
even mins- 6 CrossLeg Sitting Reverse Grip Pass-Thrus**, PVC+5lbs plate Complete. I'm not confident that I am getting full ROM on the seated pass-throughs. I'll send a video next time.
