A. Chest to Wall Handstand Body Line: 5 x 20 sec; rest 60 sec
B. Back to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 3 x ~30 sec; rest 90 sec
C. Press to Headstand: 3 x 8 reps, rest 60 sec
D1. Bridge Pushups, feet on ~12" box: 5 x 10,8,6,4,2; rest 10 sec
D2. QDR Rotational Pushups: 5 x 5/5,4/4,3/3,2/2,1/1; rest 75,60,45,30 sec respectively
E. Neck Roll to Deck Squat to Stand & back: 5 reps/side
All complete.
Done under a covered patio on a door mat. Good times.
