A. Power Snatch @165-170lbs: 8 x 1; rest 90 sec 8x1 @ 170
B. Front Squat: 6 x 3; rest 90 sec (use 85% of last week's heavy single) 6x3 @ 265
Had to stop here due to poor planning. Will attempt to get in later to finish the rest.
C. Begin in Support, 1 Press to Shoulderstand + return to support + 1-2 Muscle Ups + 6 sec L-Sit + lower to 3 Skin the Cats: 3 x once thru; rest 4 min b/t sets.
Complete (got all my presses to shoulder stand)
D. Press to Shoulderstand + Negative Elevator: 2-5 reps, resting as needed
Did three with no fails. Stopped while I was ahead.
E. QDR Hold: 5 x 8 sec/side; rest/break as needed
