move steadily at Z1/2 pace, explore movements like rotation thru high bridge, lateral pushups, table position, neck roll, QDR pushups, etc.
Periodically, complete some bar MUs - focus on efficiency.
Also, practice a few press to shoulderstands
Complete with 10 bar MU's, and 6 presses to shoulder stand

Complete w/ 210lb sled
