Lat/Tri Plank 2 x 30 sec
Handstand chest Thru Stretch 2 x 10
All complete

A. Chest to Wall Handstand Body Line: 3 x 25 sec; rest 60 sec
B. Back to Wall Handstand Rebalancing Drill: 6 x ~30 sec; rest 90 sec
C. Press to Headstand: 2 x 12 reps, rest 60 sec in low squat
D. Rotation thru High Bridge into QDR Rotational Pushup: complete 16/side, resting as needed
E. Backpack stretch (2 min) + Int Rotation work
All complete
