A. Power Clean + Strict Press: 15 x 2; rest 45 sec (try same wt. as last week if successful)
135x5sets, 125x9sets
B. Back Squat: 15 x 2; rest 45 sec (try same wt. as last week)
Complete @ 255 felt light
C1. Bulgarian Ring Dips: 4 x 4-6 @3121; rest 60 sec
notes-elbows out to side even with torso, only to 90 deg elbow bend; add wt. if able
(it should look like an iron cross with a 90 deg bend at the elbows)
Complete, but don't think my form is great on these
C2. Strict Feet Elevated Ring Rows: 4 x 2-4 @50X0, rest 60 sec
notes-make challenging @Rx'ed rep range, contact ribs w/rings, scaps back
