D. Press to Shoulderstand in Rings; lower to Inverted Hang(negative Elevators**): 6 min practice Got 2!!!!
E. Strict MU + Fwd Roll + 3 Skin the Cats: complete 3 rounds, rest 2 min Complete
E. QDR Hold: 3 x 15 sec/side; rest/break as needed Complete
notes-try for hold with head off of the ground now to increase difficulty
